MTI Time table

MTI has classes for all levels of Muay Thai Kickboxing experience, from the General class for beginners starting at $36 per week for all 16 classes and access to the 24.7 weights gym.

Advanced classes are for the more experienced and those wanting to fight and become champions with 27 classes per week.

There are personal training sessions available to get you results faster in a program designed for you which can cater for all levels, combined with the general classes these can provide a kickstart to your training or a skill boost to help get you on track faster.

GENERAL CLASS INFORMATION

The general class focuses on developing good basic Muay Thai, MMA and Boxing techniques, fitness and confidence in a safe and friendly environment. We believe in letting you train at your own pace and while we want you to achieve results, we also believe training should be fun.

FIGHTERS CLASS INFORMATION

The Fighters class is for the dedicated fighter and anyone who wants to be the best they can be. Fighters have extra training sessions and admission is strictly limited – If you want to know more talk to us.

Personal training is specifically focused on your needs and is the quickest way to improve your skills and get fit fast. Whether you are a beginner or a fighter, one on one training will be custom designed to your needs.

MOVING FROM THE GENERAL CLASS TO THE ADVANCED CLASS

Once you have covered the basics then you may want to think about moving on to the advanced class – this is normally about 3 to 6 months after you have started. In the advanced class, you can work on refining your skills, improving fitness or work towards a fight if that is your goal.

I HAVE EXPERIENCE IN MUAY THAI, WHICH CLASS SHOULD I GO TO?

We would recommend you try the general class first then you can check out our style and we can see if we are a good fit.

ADVANCED CLASS INFORMATION
